The Moorage, overlooking Ucluelet's picturesque Small Craft harbour, is Northern Orca Construction's current project.

Will commence construction March 1, 2012 and will include residential / vacation rentals on the upper floor, offices and personal service businesses on Peninsula Road, and storefront retail space at ground level on Lyche Road. These would be ideal for a coffee shop, an art gallery, small shops, or charter and tour operators.
Between the two buildings a pedestrian plaza connects Peninsula Road to the waterfront. The design of the Moorage reflects Ucluelet’s heritage as a West Coast fishing village. Round posts supporting decks and walkways echo the pilings in the harbour, and the red-oxide colour of the shingle-clad exterior is traditional along the BC coast.
